This project started with a simple idea:
What if finding targeted business prospects could be faster, cleaner, and more organized?
So I built a Google Maps data extraction tool that can help collect relevant business information and organize it for lead-generation workflows.
The goal wasn't just to build another tool.
It was to solve a real problem with automation + data + practical thinking.

This is one of my recently delivered web applications. I got the opportunity to build a powerful Lead Management System for a real estate channel partner company, Margadarsi Infra.
The application was built to solve a major challenge the client was facing — managing leads coming from multiple sources.
Previously, the team had difficulty tracking and managing leads from different sources. Now, the system captures leads from multiple sources and automatically distributes them to telecallers through a round-robin process.
Each lead can now be tracked and traced precisely from end to end, giving the team better visibility and control over the entire lead lifecycle.

Private Equity Buyer Research for Technology & Software Acquisitions
For this project, I researched and qualified private equity buyers focused on acquiring technology and software businesses.
The challenge was to identify relevant acquisition buyers, not simply collect a large list of PE firms.
The research focused on firms with:
• $5M–$50M target deal value
• $2M–$20M target company revenue
• Technology / Software acquisition focus
• Relevant geographic focus
• Active acquisition criteria
For each qualified buyer, I researched:
• PE firm & website
• Acquisition criteria
• Deal / revenue focus
• Relevant Partner / Principal / Managing Director
• Job title
• Verified business email
• LinkedIn profile
• Previous acquisitions / portfolio companies
• Source & verification details
The final database was structured for direct acquisition outreach and deal sourcing.
My focus is always on relevance, accuracy and actionable decision-maker data, rather than generic databases.
