We built StudioFlow Delivery Desk: a local-first tracker that moves work through Kickoff, In progress, In review and Handoff. It includes editable checklists, a print-ready handoff view, CSV project export, JSON backup/restore and four Markdown templates.
It runs in a recent browser and keeps project data on that device. It does not include cloud sync or client accounts. Sample projects are fictional.

Exporting straight to a Kajabi theme after refining through conversation is a really practical loop, Kajabi layouts can be fiddly to build by hand. Nice addition to Pro Studio.
