This landed at 4:13 in the morning, our time. Clients in the US, team spread across Europe, so the good news tends to arrive while we’re asleep.
The line I care about most is the last one, about the video. Every build we hand over comes with a short screen recording walking through what changed and why. A founder shouldn’t need to decode a developer’s changelog to understand what they paid for. Ten minutes of recording, and it’s the thing clients mention most often in feedback.

Hi, I saw online that IRL LiveStreaming is one of the hottest niches for some time now, but it is also the most dangerous one. I saw multiple videos of streamers being intimidated, provoked and even harassed.
This is not about streaming, its about humans feeling safe.
Today, in 8 full focused hours I put the pillars of the project PulseOS.
It gives updates to the creator about:
-Idle: basic state
-Notifications : ex: one new paid subscriber
-Ai-Summaries: ex: summary of the last 5 minutes of the live-chat energy
-Critical-Alert: ex: someone is following a creator, the chat is typing more than the usual flow of messages->activates triggering automation->creator sees what the chat is talking about
I projected this idea with 7 pillars, so here are the next 3, which I sacrificed for this demo, to be able to do the 4 pillars as intended.
The other 3 pillars:
-Stream health: ex: camera battery %, temperature of CPU
-Focus mode: ex: when streamer is serious, notifications are subtle almost non-existent for that time
-Achievement: ex: 1000 followers in the past month, 12 hours live in the past 3 days
I got around the paywall and prototyped a flux on notification with Make.com on HTML with POST Requests with the help of Ably.

Great web design doesn't need to shout.
It needs to communicate.

Every screen is designed to feel intentional.
Minimal doesn't mean empty. It means focused.

Five things I look at first when someone sends me their website.
One. The headline. Does it immediately tell me what you do and who you help. Not a clever tagline. A clear, specific statement.
Two. The call to action. Is there one obvious next step or are there five competing buttons all asking for attention at the same time.
Three. The mobile experience. Pull up your own site on your phone right now. Is it easy to read, easy to navigate, easy to act on. If not, you are losing people before they ever read your copy.
Four. Social proof. Testimonials, client names, case studies, results. Something that tells a stranger they can trust you before they have spoken to you.
Five. The about section. Does it open with something your ideal client would recognise about their own situation, or does it open with your job title and qualifications.
Most websites I see are missing at least two of these. Usually three.
