A membership is easier to understand when visitors can see what they're joining.
For OTPST, I built program-preview sections into the custom Kajabi sales page, alongside video testimonials and trial CTAs.
Those sections give the training offer something concrete to point to before the visitor reaches Playbook checkout.
I think of a course sales page as a guided preview. The visitor should be able to picture the experience, not just read a promise about it.
For an online course, that might be a sample lesson or curriculum. For a fitness membership, it might be the programs and training focus.
That's a question I bring to Kajabi website design: what can we show that helps someone understand the offer?

Exporting straight to a Kajabi theme after refining through conversation is a really practical loop, Kajabi layouts can be fiddly to build by hand. Nice addition to Pro Studio.
One part of the OTPST Kajabi build was bringing six Wistia video testimonials into the sales page.
These are members talking about the client's training program. Their role on the page is to help visitors understand the experience through people who have used it.
My design task was to integrate that proof into the page, alongside the offer, program details, and trial CTAs.
When I review a Kajabi course or membership landing page, I ask what question each testimonial helps answer: who the program suits, what the experience feels like, or what the coach is like to work with.
Useful proof gives the visitor context. A wall of praise can still leave their main question unanswered.
