I created a Purchase Order Dashboard & Analyzer in Microsoft Excel
This project helps track purchase orders, monitor delivery status, analyze supplier performance, and visualize spending trends. I built automated KPIs, interactive charts, and a clear reporting dashboard to make purchasing data easier to understand and manage.

Clean operational use case, Davit. For supplier performance, I’d separate PO-level on-time rate from line-item fill rate and weight delays by business impact; many small on-time orders can otherwise mask one costly stockout. Do you also track promised-versus-actual lead-time variance and partial deliveries?
