I said I’ve been building something stupid on the side. A hint:
I built the payments, subscriptions, analytics, customer accounts. I even built a roadmap.
The product itself is designed to achieve absolutely nothing.
Intrigued? Launching it soon 💪🏼

I Built "North OS", a business operating system for entrepreneurs.
North OS combines CRM, business planning, AI coaching, goals, tasks, achievements, community and business progression into one platform. Each business gets its own evolving business tower, which grows as the user makes real progress, turning otherwise abstract business milestones into something visual and motivating.
The platform addresses a key challenge for entrepreneurs: managing the many moving parts of building a business while staying focused on what actually matters. Instead of simply storing leads and tasks, North is designed to help users understand what they need to do next, track their progress, learn, connect with other entrepreneurs, and actually see their business develop over time — all within a beautifully designed, responsive experience.
We just made a craziest launch concept at @AchX studio .

The fast reveal gives this fintech launch real momentum.
I almost quit Pentaclay in the first few months.
Nov 2023 I launched a design subscription. Around $2,500 a month, unlimited requests. Nobody signed up. Not one person.
So I cut the price. A 2 week trial for about $500 to $1,100. People finally said yes. 3 clients by the end of 2023, one of them took the trial 2-3 times in a row.
And it got worse. Less money, way more work. Every message was "one more small change". I worked all day and still wasn't making enough. By December I was burned out.
So I tried something different. I made one Framer template. Took me almost 2 months to build.
First month it made $134. Small money, but no calls, no revisions, and it sold while I slept.
If you run a startup, what was the moment you almost quit?
