Booking a dental appointment shouldn’t turn into a week of phone calls and messages.

Meet Avela Care, a small dental clinic in Brooklyn where the front desk spends too much time checking availability, answering insurance questions, confirming appointments and handling rescheduling.

I designed and built a booking experience in @Lovable that takes patients from “Can I book?” to “You’re booked.” They choose their visit, answer a few relevant questions, see available times, add their details and insurance and confirm their appointment.

Once booked, patients can view their appointment, add it to their calendar, reschedule or cancel online - without calling the clinic or creating an account.

On the clinic side, confirmations, insurance verification and reminders are handled automatically, reducing repetitive work for the front desk.

The goal was simple: less coordination for the clinic, and a simpler booking experience for patients.
