Fitness Mobile App
The Challenge: To design a fitness experience that feels like a personal coach rather than a spreadsheet. The goal was to solve for user retention in a crowded market by focusing on Flow fitness that adapts to the user's energy and schedule.
The Solution: I developed a high-energy, dark-mode interface. The UI features a gamified progress dashboard and a social-forward coach profile to build trust and consistency.
Onboarding (Screen 1): High-impact visual storytelling with clear pagination to reduce user drop-off during the setup phase.
Dashboard (Screen 2): Gamified progress tracking using Don’t Break the Chain psychology to drive daily active usage.
Coach Profile (Screen 3): Building social proof and authority through a verified coach profile and clear conversion points for personalized training.
