NOVATRA – Clothing Brand Identity Design
A modern and premium brand identity created for a clothing brand concept. This project includes a minimalist logo, custom color palette, apparel label, hang tag, shopping bag, and brand presentation mockups. The identity is designed to reflect elegance, quality, and timeless style while maintaining a clean and professional visual language. This project was created for portfolio purposes to showcase my branding and visual identity design skills.

This logo mark began with research into South African heritage. I kept returning to the country’s flag, especially the green Y-shaped form at its center. I isolated that shape, refined it, and rotated it around a central axis until each piece aligned into one balanced symbol.
The result feels warm, natural, and rooted in heritage, while still giving the skincare brand a modern and distinctive identity.
Pulling the mark from the flag's Y-shape instead of designing a generic botanical icon is what gives this an actual story. It reads like a flower at first glance but has real meaning behind it once you know where it came from.

PARALLAX — from sketch to final identity 🌀

This is a brand identity for a contemporary art exhibition. Every letter in the logo design for "PARALLAX" was warped and adjusted by hand, line by line — no plugins, no shortcuts. This typography design technique reflects the whole concept: perception shifting depending on where you stand.
Going from hand-drawn wave paths to a full kinetic typography system is such a satisfying arc to see documented. How long did the whole process end up taking from that first sketch to final delivery?
