FactoryFlow is a production task management platform built for Prayagh Consumer Care to streamline how teams create, assign, track, and manage operational tasks.

I designed and developed the system end-to-end, including role-based access, task assignment and reassignment workflows, deadlines, comments, notifications, email automation, real-time updates, administrative controls, and production deployment.

The platform was deployed to production and built to support real-world concurrent usage, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
