Annual Conference – Event Branding & Promotion Challenge The organizers needed a promotional design that would clearly communicate the conference details while also capturing the spirit of the host city. The challenge was to balance professional branding with engaging visuals that could attract attendees and highlight the destination’s appeal.

Solution I developed a cohesive design that:

Emphasized conference branding with a clear hierarchy of event name, dates, and location.

Incorporated destination imagery through geometric panels showcasing coastal views, cityscapes, and landmarks.

Enhanced user engagement with intuitive navigation and a bold call‑to‑action for registration.

Used visual storytelling to connect the professional purpose of the event with the cultural richness of the venue.

Impact The final design successfully merged clarity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. It provided a strong promotional identity that elevated the event’s visibility and encouraged participation.
