I implemented an Agentic AI system that writes QA test cases from a single Azure DevOps link
QA engineers lose hours per story: read the requirement, dig through docs, hand-write 15-20 test cases with exact steps and expected results.
So I implemented a multi-agent framework that turns one Azure DevOps URL into a full, review-quality test suite, created and linked back in ADO automatically.
Instead of one giant prompt, it's a pipeline of specialized agents:
- Read the story for full context
- Ground the AI in your real screen names and navigation paths (RAG)
- Generate test cases with concrete steps and expected results
- Review them with a second AI before anything is finalized
- Create & link them in Azure DevOps.
The result: hours of work per story down to minutes, with consistent coverage and a human still approving the output.
