I've found the Eisenhower Matrix helpful for prioritizing tasks by urgency and importance, bringing order to chaos. Then I tried the Kanban board, which offers a visual workflow that moves tasks from "To Do" to "In Progress" to "Done," making progress tangible. Both systems have their strengths: the Eisenhower Matrix excels in setting priorities, while the Kanban board streamlines the execution process. @Jorge Zamora Ooh I haven't seen the Eisenhower Matrix 🆒💡 I keep major thematic goals, and organize macro projects into smaller tasks that get managed on a weekly basis by the day. It's kind of a hybrid of kanban & the matrix idea.
