Self-Portrait with a Straw Hat - Reimagined
I chose Self-Portrait with a Straw Hat as part of an exploration of how classical portraiture can be transformed through AI and motion. By creating the subject in different poses while preserving the recognizable artistic atmosphere, I wanted to explore how a single artwork can evolve into a new visual narrative.
This piece combines traditional fine-art inspiration with contemporary AI image generation, creating a bridge between historical art and modern visual storytelling.
The goal was not simply to recreate the original, but to reinterpret its mood, composition, and character through a new creative lens.
