This project showcases customized financial statement preparation generated directly from cloud accounting software. Facing the challenge of unorganized expense categories and missing cost allocations, I audited the client's chart of accounts, classified revenue streams, and properly segregated direct Costs of Sales (Freight, Subcontractor costs) from operating overheads (bank charges, subscription fees, legal/professional expenses).

The final deliverable provided management with a clean, IFRS-compliant Profit & Loss statement that delivers clear insight into gross margins and operating profitability for informed business decision-making.
