An underrated struggle in social media marketing is when your designer fails to deliver on time or struggles to execute your vision. This inconvenience led me to learn basic graphic design (like these two examples). This has helped me in two ways: first, I can create simple designs to show designers the direction I want; second, when working on projects without a dedicated designer and I need simple graphics, I can handle them myself.
