WordPress Theme Development | Legend Mining Limited
Legend Mining Limited is a premier Australian mineral exploration company focused on making value-adding nickel, copper, and gold discoveries across Western Australia. Because they operate in a high-stakes resources sector and are a publicly listed entity, their digital presence needed to project absolute trust, corporate authority, and investor transparency.
The Objective
The primary goal of this project was to move completely past rigid, bloated, off-the-shelf templates. I was tasked with engineering a highly customized, requirement-driven WordPress ecosystem tailored specifically to their corporate stakeholders, investors, and media partners. The platform needed to effortlessly handle dynamic financial data, real-time ASX announcements, and complex exploration project portfolios.
Execution & Technical Architecture
To bridge the gap between an authoritative corporate visual identity and a lightweight, high-performing website, I architected a bespoke WordPress solution from the ground up.
Dynamic Backend Engineering: By strategically integrating Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) with custom PHP, I built a highly intuitive backend infrastructure. This empowers the Legend Mining team to seamlessly update critical investor documents, press releases, and exploration metrics without any technical friction.
Optimized Frontend Experience: I utilized semantic HTML, modern CSS, and vanilla JavaScript to craft a blazing-fast, pixel-perfect frontend. The interface is optimized for seamless navigation, ensuring that investors can quickly access vital company information and share price updates across any device.
The final result is a pristine, SEO-optimized digital flagship that functions not just as a website, but as a reliable, high-speed corporate communication tool.

So I took some time off from posting and worked real hard on learning designing web pages and applications on Framer. Being a traditional developer I have learnt web developement using Html, CSS, Javascript and other code centered tools like MERN stack, flutter, typescript etc. I am trying and learning everyday to switch to the tools favourable to Contra and Client -first applications like Framer, Webflow, Retool, Figma, Zapier (no-code setups).
This might take long before actually taking off to work but I am gonna do it. A little update I just redesigned the cover image of the "fullstack custom SaaS dashboards service " using Framer and with this Playful Brutalism Design.
