CAPCUT RECORDS
CAPCUT RECORDS reimagines CapCut as a global music label instead of a creative editing platform.
In this alternate universe, CapCut's is a music world class album. The project introduces a fictional artist signed under ByteDance Records, with a debut album titled CAPCUT.
The album world is built around themes of creativity, self-expression, transformation, and storytelling. Track names such as NO CAP, CUT ME OFF, LOST IN THE TIMELINE, and THE CAPCUT reinterpret editing terminology as music culture and emotional narratives.
The visual identity transforms the recognizable CapCut symbol into a music-industry icon while preserving its original creative DNA. Album artwork, promotional campaigns, merchandise, streaming assets, and motion content were designed to create a believable and cohesive music ecosystem.
The project explores how CapCut's creative spirit could exist beyond software, becoming a cultural brand that inspires people through music.

Mainframe is a conceptual AI studio — brand system + full multi-page website, built entirely in Stitch. Landing page with animated states, five inner pages (Labs, Studio, Services, Openings), and a complete DESIGN.md covering color, type, and layout. Monochromatic, editorial, cinematic. The kind of system that usually takes weeks — done in one session.
Started with brand tokens, used them as the foundation for every page. Iterated hover states and animations without leaving the design context. The generated DESIGN.md became the actual handoff doc.
Fastest I've gone from concept to a coherent multi-page system. Want: auto-propagating token updates across pages, finer motion controls, native multi-page navigation. Otherwise — best design-gen tool I've used since Figma got auto-layout.
Sahil, I recall seeing that same exact monitor-head concept from a large design studio last week (I forget the name).
CONCEPT : CapCut Records is a reimagination of CapCut as a premium hip hop label, where each core feature of the app becomes a named character with a distinct role, personality and visual identity. AutoCap, Sync, Blank, Tempo, Gloss and Blueprint are the roster, each one a living representation of the tools creators use every day.
The brand retains CapCut's teal and black visual identity while translating it into the world of music, culture and creative expression. Built entirely using CapCut Design Studio's AI generation tools.
