⚖️ Coordinating a 4-nation legal team on an oil & gas arbitration spanning KSA, UK, Egypt, and Scotland ⚖️ Recovering £21,000 for a client in a contract dispute, resolved in one week without going to arbitration ⚖️ Drafting an 80-page legal opinion under dual UK/German law to protect a founder's equity in a 72-hour window ⚖️ Filing trademarks in Bangladesh on behalf of a Chinese law firm's corporate client ⚖️ Getting a costs claim struck out at the SCCO, with zero liability for our client ⚖️ Advising a Vancouver tech company on Bangladesh Labor Act compliance for their Dhaka expansion

Clients so far have come from Bangladesh, the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Hungary, Germany, Saudi Arabia, China, and the UAE.

Great question! Not sure exactly. I've been fortunate enough to work with clients (for the most part) who respect and understand the design process. But if I had to point out one thing, it would be that sometimes we are not mind readers. Having a great briefing and communication goes a long way.
