I don't type meeting emails anymore. I dictate them to my AI. 🎙️
I built a simple assistant on n8n that lives right inside my Telegram.
The scenario is simple: Me (voice note): "Schedule a meeting with [Name] next Tuesday at 2 PM."
The automation takes care of the rest:
It transcribes my voice.
It finds the person's email in my database (Google Sheets).
It checks my schedule and creates the event (Google Calendar).
It sends the invitation via email.
It confirms to me that it's done.
Total time for me: 10 seconds. Time saved: ~5 minutes per meeting.
AI isn't here to replace work, but to eliminate the friction of repetitive tasks.
