Taxi Malmo, an established Swedish taxi company, needed a digital presence that matched how much they actually deliver every day. Fast booking, reliability, and strong local trust.
We built a new website from the ground up, along with production and campaign videos for social channels and Google/Meta advertising. Underneath, we set up a custom CRM and CMS so customer interactions, bookings, and content run through one unified system instead of scattered tools, plus automated customer support handling common questions and booking issues without adding to staff workload.
