Hi everyone,
I'm Madalin, a security systems and low-voltage technician, and I've been working on something I'd like to share.
Over the years, I've noticed how much time we spend on repetitive tasks: marking drawings, counting devices, calculating materials, preparing estimates, and turning all that information into client quotes.
So I started developing my own tools to make these processes easier.
Two of those projects are now available:
96 Bluebeam Revu Low Voltage Tools — a collection of reusable tools for CCTV, access control, AV, and networking projects, along with Excel templates for project documentation.
NEXORA Takeoff & Quote Studio — an application that helps turn Bluebeam takeoff data into material calculations, cost estimates, and professional client quotations.
Both started as solutions to problems I've encountered in my own work.
I'm also interested in connecting with freelancers, estimators, contractors, and small businesses who might need customized tools or workflow automation.
I'm always open to feedback, collaborations, and new ideas.
