BÚNKER 7 — Escape Rooms, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
The problem: Mariana designed all four rooms herself and runs them with two part-time gamemasters. Her personal phone is the booking desk. Every inquiry lands on WhatsApp, peaking Friday 19:00–23:00 — exactly when she's inside a room and can't look at her screen. Twelve hours a week gone, and 24% of weekend sessions still go empty.
What I built: an escape room booking system where the inquiry never happens. The customer picks a door, picks a time, confirms. Three taps, forty seconds, instant confirmation with a sealed case code. Zero actions from the owner.
The part nobody models: the 20-minute reset. Every room has to be rebuilt between groups, so one booking occupies 80 minutes of calendar, not 60. Booking 19:00 blocks the room until 20:20 and the next offered slot is 20:30 — never 20:00. Blocked windows stay visible, labelled IN PLAY and RESET IN PROGRESS with diagonal hatching, so the customer understands the constraint instead of hitting an invisible wall. This is the exact mistake Mariana made every Friday, booking back-to-back from chat and then running.
Also: real .ics download, a group link where each player confirms attendance without an account, automatic reminders at 24h and 2h with one-tap reschedule, and a waitlist that reassigns a freed session on its own.
The operations terminal quantifies the win in the owner's own language: "Hours of WhatsApp saved this month." Not a vanity metric — confirmed bookings × the 9 minutes each one used to cost her.
Craft notes: a cinematic bunker corridor where each of the four doors is a different object — a riveted Soviet blast door, a chipped enamel asylum door, a carved stone crypt slab, a hazard-chevron airlock — and each room page has its own art direction inheriting that door's light. Bilingual EN/ES. No placeholder states anywhere: if a panel had no real data, I didn't build it.
