Glow & Go — a one-chair hair studio in Sector 18, Noida, run by solo stylist Meera Sharma.
I built a complete booking experience that turns a customer’s “Can I book?” into a confirmed appointment without the usual WhatsApp back-and-forth.
Customers can choose a service, see genuine availability, select a time, enter their details, confirm the appointment, and self-serve rescheduling or cancellation.
On the owner side, every booking automatically updates the studio desk, locks the slot, schedules reminders, and keeps the calendar and appointment list in sync.
The goal was simple: give customers a faster path to “You’re booked” while taking repetitive booking, confirmation, reminder, and rescheduling work off a solo owner’s plate.

Before: A barber in Chiang Mai. His Instagram bio asked people to make a reservation, but there was no link. Every booking happened by hand in DMs.
What I built: A Thai and English booking site, linked from his Instagram bio. Customers pick a service and a time in a few taps. He gets an alert on his phone and runs everything from a phone dashboard: today's bookings, prices, opening hours. There's no payment step and no paid messaging service, so there's nothing for him to renew.
Result: The first real customer booking came in on handover day. 140+ customer bookings since handover, and it runs without me.

From discovering services and exploring stylist details to selecting your preferred date and time, every screen is thoughtfully designed to bring clarity, simplicity, and a touch of elegance to the booking journey.
The visual direction combines a soft lavender palette, vibrant blue accents, clean typography, and carefully structured components to create an experience that feels as good as it looks.
The experience focuses on:
