FROM HUMAN TO SHINOBI

What if an ordinary shot could turn into an anime transformation?

For this project, I transformed myself into a Naruto-inspired character, building the transformation around two iconic visual elements: the Sharingan and Rinnegan.

The goal wasn't simply to place anime eyes over footage. I wanted the effects to feel like they were actually awakening inside the character — with controlled tracking, compositing, lighting and timing working together to sell the transformation.
