Knot to Worry is run by Maya, a solo massage therapist in Denver. Every late cancellation cost her 20% of her daily earnings, and filling the slot meant texting clients one by one, racing a clock she usually lost.
So I built a booking flow where cancelled appointments become a Dutch auction.
The moment a client cancels, the slot goes live at a discount. Every 20 minutes, the price drops until someone claims it or it hits Maya's price floor. First tap wins the auction.
A trust score decides who sees the deal first. Clients who show up on time and give notice get first dibs and no deposit. Repeat no-shows lose access and pay upfront.
Her schedule stays full, her best clients get rewarded, and she never sends a text.
Built a voice-first tour booking site for abandoned places in Bulgaria. You talk to it, it plans and books your route. Made with Lovable for the challenge.
Next up: an AI that recognizes bears (and soon other wildlife) from trail cams, plus a WebXR museum of Bulgarian traditions.
This is so cool Ilian! Voice-first booking for abandoned places in Bulgaria - such a unique niche! You talk, it plans and books - love how frictionless that is. For next, I'd vote for the bear recognition AI from trail cams - that's super unique and has real conservation value!...
