Glory — Jaú Serve Customer Story
A customer story for Glory featuring Jaú Serve, a Brazilian supermarket chain. The film explores a real business challenge, cash automation and the customer experience through interviews and footage of the retail operation.
My role: Director & Video Editor. From directing the interviews to shaping the final edit, my work focused on building a clear narrative that connects the customer's perspective with the product in use.
This project reflects my approach to interview-led storytelling, combining authentic human experiences, purposeful pacing and supporting visuals.
