Custom JobTread and HubSpot Integration with Real-Time Sync
The existing setup relied on multiple automation workflows to move operational data between JobTread and HubSpot. This created higher automation costs, delayed updates, duplicate records, and limited control over complex business logic.
I replaced the fragmented setup with a custom Node.js integration using the JobTread API and HubSpot CRM API.
The solution included:
Bidirectional job and deal synchronization
Vendor synchronization between JobTread and HubSpot
Tickets, daily logs, and document syncing
CompanyCam data and photo workflow integration
Client email replies automatically added to JobTread as comments
Custom field mapping and duplicate prevention
Centralized error handling, logging, and monitoring
Cloud deployment for continuous operation Result: The custom integration reduced automation costs by more than 90%, eliminated duplicate records, improved synchronization reliability, and provided a scalable real-time system for managing operational data across platforms.
