Project Goals: Automate lead capture and client onboarding for a social media agency.

Built a lead-to-onboarding automation using Calendly, Airtable, email automation, Google Drive, Stripe, and Fillout. Booked calls sync to Airtable, reminders are sent automatically, leads are routed post-call, contracts and payments are tracked, and onboarding forms trigger automatically with data saved back to Airtable.
