Investors don't fund slides. But bad slides stop them before they get to the idea.
I redesign pitch decks so every slide makes one clear point: a headline that states the takeaway, numbers shown as charts instead of tables, and one consistent visual system from cover to ask.
The thing I keep relearning: a design is never finished because someone ran out of ideas. It's finished because someone decided to stop. Knowing when to stop is the hardest part.
