working solo from gmt+7, the mornings are the only stretch where nobody is asking anything, so that is where the building actually happens. calls and questions start around 4pm and i try to have the last answer out before 10. it is a small window, but it is mine.
Freelancer on Friday: "Okay, closing the laptop."
Freelancer 10 minutes later: "Just one quick revision."
Freelancer on Saturday: still doing one quick revision.
I'd pick Light for an analysis tool, the charts and sources read better on a pale surface and the violet bars still pop. Dark works as the night option. Is the sources panel on the right open by default?
Realtors, what is the one admin task you wish was already done before your first call of the day?
The quiet work before the day starts is what keeps a deal moving. Updating a listing, logging the last call in the CRM, chasing a missing document, checking a deadline that is closer than it looks. None of it is glamorous. All of it matters when a buyer or seller is waiting on an answer.
I am curious what eats your mornings. Is it follow-up calls? Paperwork? Keeping the CRM honest? Or something else entirely?
