The A version wins for me because those deeper shadows give it a much more premium, cinematic look that feels very high end
Appreciate this, yes, the shadow elevates the experience.
Between these two, I'd say B but, in my opinion, using photo fully visible like in B and placing text and buttons on it (moving the photo to right etc) left aligned, would be the perfect solution, since covering model's face with text and other UI elements doesn't look like the best design right ;)
The two hero looks nice, but I'll choose hero A because it gives the vibe more
