In this case, I'd have to go with the center block, 2 reasons.
1. it is a skin health - so showing the proof right away keeps the target audience much longer.
great choice by the way for the proof.
2. the first one has a bigger space on top of the hero text. I know it is design, but most average users may interpret it like that.
