🚀 Introducing ChatFlow CRM — A Modern CRM Platform for Managing Customer Relationships

I’m excited to showcase ChatFlow CRM, a CRM platform I’ve been building to help businesses manage leads, deals, customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities from one centralized system.

The goal of ChatFlow CRM is to make customer and sales management more organized, efficient, and easier to scale.

What I built

🔹 Dashboard for monitoring business activities 🔹 Lead management and tracking 🔹 Deal management 🔹 Customer follow-up management 🔹 Organization-based data management 🔹 User authentication and authorization 🔹 Permission-based access control 🔹 REST API backend 🔹 Database integration 🔹 WhatsApp provider integration architecture 🔹 Responsive web interface

Technology

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS Backend: Node.js, Express, TypeScript Database: PostgreSQL with Prisma Authentication: JWT Architecture: Multi-tenant SaaS

This project has given me practical experience working across both frontend and backend development, while also thinking about scalability, security, data organization, and real business workflows.

I’m continuing to improve ChatFlow CRM and build more projects that solve practical business problems.

💻 I’m open to freelance and contract opportunities.

If you're looking for a developer to build or improve a web application, CRM, business website, or custom web solution, I’d be happy to work with you.
