For the Figma Makeathon I built a small experiment I’ve wanted to try for a long time: controlling a scene with your hands in front of the camera.
It started with a simple idea — opening and closing curtains with a gesture. Raise both hands 🙌, the curtains pull apart in 3D, and light floods in. I used three.js and WebGL to make the fabric feel as realistic as possible.
Then I kept going.
Now different hand signs — 🙌 👍 👎 👌 🤘 ✌️ — each trigger their own music video behind the window. There’s also a small database layer so you can map your own tracks to each gesture and share a link with friends.
It’s a playful controller for turning a simple “window” into an interactive music experience.

Esta — AI that senses your world.
Most AI assistants are blind to your physical reality. They don't know if you're walking, sitting in a dark room, or surrounded by people. You have to tell them everything.
Esta fuses real-time sensor data: camera, microphone, accelerometer, ambient light, and computer vision, to understand your physical context without you saying a word. It classifies micro-motion patterns (calm, fidgeting, walking), detects faces and scene complexity, and adapts its interaction mode automatically: voice when you're moving, glanceable cards when you're busy, ambient when you're idle.
The AI doesn't just read sensors — it sees through your camera via Claude's Vision API, building a genuine understanding of your surroundings.

Re-engineering Performance Through Interaction
This project reimagines the reveal of a high-performance car through interactive storytelling. I used Figma Make to prototype a cinematic product experience — from a bold exterior introduction to a scroll-activated engine explosion and a final immersive close. Every transition was crafted to feel deliberate, controlled, and mechanically precise.
