I built a web-based tool where you can upload any .ttf file, stretch or squeeze the font, add/remove/modify kerning pairs and then export it back as a production-ready .ttf file.
Give it a try. Share your feedback & feature ideas! I’m already trying to ironing out the bugs & working on adding adjustments for baseline and other font metrics, so you can tailor fonts even more closely to your use case.
