🙌 The most dangerous processes are not always the ones that fail. Sometimes, they are the ones that keep working just well enough to prevent anyone from questioning them.
✍ An assumption becomes a rule. The rule becomes a process. The process becomes routine. And eventually, nobody remembers why it was built that way.
✍ That is where the nightmare begins. Because when the foundation is finally challenged, you may discover that the process was never truly stable. It was simply never tested hard enough.
The thing I keep relearning: a design is never finished because someone ran out of ideas. It's finished because someone decided to stop. Knowing when to stop is the hardest part.
But I’d still like a human in the room when the contract gets complicated.
AI can replace the work.
The hard part is knowing what work actually matters.
400 billion tokens later, I’m still keeping my judgment.
