AI Chatbot App — 40% Engagement Lift for a Customer Support Tool
Project description:
The client needed an AI chatbot app built from the ground up — no existing design, no reference, just a goal: make it feel human, fast and easy to use. I designed the full experience in Figma — mapping user flows, building wireframes, then crafting a clean high-fidelity UI with a smooth onboarding screen, contextual quick-reply chips and a minimal visual language that keeps focus on the conversation. Delivered with handoff-ready specs and a reusable component library.
Result:
→ +40% user engagement
→ −25% response time
→ Improved customer satisfaction
Wowwwww I like the aesthetics
Orion: AI Sales Assistant + Lead Desk for UI Trax I built Orion, an AI sales assistant that now runs live on my own business website, plus a private Lead Desk to manage every conversation it brings in.
What Orion does:
Replies 24/7 in English and Roman Urdu
Answers questions about services, team and projects
Quotes only from a fixed price list, so it never invents numbers
Collects name, email and WhatsApp, and saves every chat as a lead
"Get instant quote" buttons open Orion with the question already asked
The Lead Desk:
Follow-up queue sorted by who has waited longest
One-tap WhatsApp with a pre-written message, follow-up recorded automatically
Pipeline: New, Contacted, Proposal sent, Won, Lost
Full chat history, notes, search, filters and CSV export
Built with: Gemini AI, Supabase (database, login and edge functions), HTML, CSS and JavaScript, hosted on Hostinger.

Your support team goes home at 6. Your customers don't. An online retailer we worked with had a simple problem.
Shoppers asked questions at 11pm, on weekends, on holidays.
The answers came the next morning, and by then a lot of them had bought somewhere else.
We built a 24/7 AI chat into their store. Not a FAQ bot that says "I didn't understand that" three times.
It handles the common questions on its own, recommends products inside the conversation, and drops every chat into their CRM with the full customer context.
When a person does step in, they aren't starting from zero. → 50% more conversions → 35% faster response time → 40% less support workload The part people underestimate is the CRM link.
A chat that sells but forgets who the customer is just moves the problem to your team. Support and sales turned out to be the same conversation.
Question for ecommerce founders. What share of your support questions come in outside working hours? Have you ever checked? It's usually the first number I ask for.
