PROJECT TITLE
Automated Appointment Booking & Lead Nurture System (GoHighLevel)
SHORT DESCRIPTION
Built a complete GoHighLevel automation system that nurtures leads, books appointments, and sends smart reminders fully on autopilot.
THE CHALLENGE
The client faced three key problems:
Leads were going cold with no follow-up
High no-show rates on booked appointments
Too much time wasted on manual follow-ups
They needed an automated system to nurture leads, book calls, and reduce no-shows without lifting a finger.
THE SOLUTION
I built a 3-part workflow system inside GoHighLevel:
1. Nurture Sequence
A multi-day email drip that warms up leads and guides them to book a call.
2. Appointment Reminder Workflow
Automated reminders sent 24 hours, 12 hours, and 5 minutes before the appointment to reduce no-shows.
3. Smart Removal Workflow
Automatically removes leads from the nurture sequence once they book ā preventing double messaging.
CHALLENGES SOLVED
Stopped leads from receiving both nurture and reminder emails
Timed the sequence to keep leads engaged without overwhelming them
Reduced no-shows with a 3-touchpoint reminder system
