The challenge: Design a complete agentic AI architecture for a real-estate marketplace — one capable of serving buyers, sellers/brokers, and document-verification workflows through specialized AI agents, grounded in real data rather than free-floating LLM responses.
What we built: A full multi-agent system design comprising a fleet of specialized agents (a buyer-facing conversational concierge, a seller/broker AI co-pilot, a document/listing verification agent, and a pricing-valuation agent), coordinated through a central model-routing and orchestration layer. The system is grounded by a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline spanning multiple structured knowledge bases (legal/regulatory corpus, market pricing data, locality/infrastructure data) plus a graph-based knowledge layer linking listings, agents, leads, and locations for relationship-aware retrieval — with human-in-the-loop approval gates on consequential actions.
The outcome: A complete, implementation-ready technical architecture covering agent orchestration, RAG pipeline design (vector + graph retrieval), model-routing strategy, and safety guardrails — the kind of specification an engineering team can build directly from.

Manzoma ERP: Offline-First B2B SaaS & POS
The Challenge: Retail stores were losing significant sales and operational capacity during frequent internet outages because their cloud-only POS systems would completely halt.
The Architecture & Solution: I solo-engineered a hybrid offline-first platform from scratch in just 40 days. I built a local desktop POS utilizing SQLite, paired with a custom Node.js background sync engine. This engine securely buffers local transactions and automatically resolves data conflicts with a cloud PostgreSQL database the exact moment connectivity is restored.
The Impact: The system currently manages an active inventory of 3,000+ SKUs and has successfully processed over 1.5M+ EGP in transaction volume, guaranteeing absolute zero operational downtime for merchants.
Tech Stack: React, Node.js, Prisma ORM, SQLite, PostgreSQL, Linux VPS.
Bridging DevSecOps with Visual Storytelling: The DevOps Tarot 🔮
I wanted to showcase a practical implementation of the "Shift Left" philosophy and automated secrets management, but away from dry documentation.
So, I turned my recent architectural project into a "DevOps Tarot" deck.
Behind these magical cards is a fully functional local environment running k3s, where HashiCorp Vault dynamically rotates database credentials every hour for Nextcloud. In this architecture, PgBouncer acts as a translator between the database and the application, accepting a static password from the application and seamlessly replacing it with a dynamic password.
