From the inside, you stop seeing "UI/UX." You start seeing symptoms.
🔍 Onboarding shows whether the product can explain its value at all.
💳 The paywall shows whether the product has earned enough trust to ask for money.
🧩 The MVP shows whether the founder has focus, or fear hidden behind a pile of features.
🗺️ The roadmap shows whether there's a strategy, or just motion.
✨ And a beautiful interface sometimes just makes weak logic look more expensive.
That's why I never start with "how do we make it prettier."
I start with different questions:
⚠️ Does the business model hold?
⚠️ Is this the right MVP for this stage?
⚠️ Is the team burning budget on things that don't matter?
⚠️ Where will the user fail to understand, trust, return, and pay?
UI and UX only work when there's product logic underneath.
That's the difference between a design studio and a product partner.
