Recently completed a full redesign of its chat interface.
The challenge was making a complex discovery process feel natural, without overwhelming students with long AI responses, scattered information, or unnecessary steps.
I reworked the experience around clearer conversation hierarchy, more readable responses, intuitive interactions, and a focused workspace that makes each step easier to follow.
From understanding a student's background to exploring potential niches, reviewing recommendations, and preparing for targeted contract discovery, the interface now gives the entire journey a more deliberate structure.
Less of a generic AI chat window. More of a purpose-built advisory experience.
