I developed this AI Chatbot for a Real Estate agency to automate inbound lead qualification. Acting as a virtual ISA, it handles 24/7 inquiries, distinguishes buyers from sellers, and schedules viewings directly into calendars when criteria are met.
I architected the backend using n8n. As the user speaks, the AI analyzes intent while n8n triggers logic—checking availability or logging lead details. This automation reduced admin load and ensured immediate follow-up for every potential deal.
