What I Delivered:
Detailed Isometric Exploded Views: I created 3D isometric diagrams for each floor (First & Second Floor) to clearly label every functional area—from the inner court and mushola to the master bedroom and laundry room. This ensures a better grasp of the building’s circulation.
Photorealistic Rendering: Using high-end rendering tools to simulate natural lighting and realistic textures, highlighting the 'earthy' and clean aesthetic of the house.
Technical Material Specifications: I included a specific breakdown of materials, such as WPC Finishing HPL, Exposed Brick (Bata Ekspos), and Cement Finishes, showing my commitment to technical accuracy and material honesty.
Interior Environment Visualization: Designed the living and dining areas to reflect a warm, modern lifestyle, ensuring the furniture and lighting design align with the overall architectural theme.

Enscape/Lumion (Rendering)
Layout/Illustrator (Diagramming & Post-Production)
Role: 3D Visualizer & Spatial Designer
I design based on feeling, instinct, and emotion not trends. While social media becomes overly clean and repetitive, I believe design should feel expressive, bold, maximal, and personal.
I created two distinct visual styles to test audience engagement.
Option A uses advanced Keyframe Animation and Speed Ramping to keep viewers hooked on fast-paced platforms like TikTok.
Option B focuses on Color Grading and Seamless Masking for a premium, high-end commercial feel.
My Expertise: As a CapCut Expert, I don't just use templates. I leverage multi-layer compositing and AI-powered tools to ensure every video is optimized for 4K export and maximum organic reach.
