Finished this last year for Boken, an Argentine fashion brand shipping leather and knitwear to 15+ countries. Their Instagram was doing heavy lifting but the store wasn't converting. Rebuilt the homepage around material categories to reduce decision fatigue and also reworte  the product pages for purchase confidence.  Everything else was about giving their photography room to breathe and showcase their great catallogue
