I just tried Z Image Turbo for the first time. I wanted to know if it could create celebrity faces without the need of inpainting. It actually works quite well with current pop culture figures and simple prompts, but it wouldn't create James Hetfield's face (although it would add a Metallica shirt to the random guy it created). This is 8 steps, without refining or scaling and a simple prompt, I think it's quite impressive. Runs locally.
