Over the past several months, I’ve been designing and building Kneadly - a SaaS platform for massage therapists focused on simplifying daily operations through thoughtful UX and workflow design.
The goal wasn’t just to build “another dashboard.”
It was to create software that actually feels calm, intuitive, and efficient to use in a fast-moving business environment.
Some areas I focused heavily on:
• Scheduling workflows
• Mobile-first UX
• AI-assisted SOAP documentation
• Smart waitlist automation
• Intake + client management systems
• Conversion-focused booking flow
• Scalable SaaS architecture
One thing I’ve learned while building:
Good development is about understanding business operations just as much as writing code.
I enjoy building products that:

Neevii is an end-to-end operational accounting platform designed around workflow clarity, guided user flows, and responsive product systems.
The project involved designing and building dashboards, reporting systems, filing workflows, transaction management, invoicing, AI-assisted guidance, and responsive desktop/mobile interfaces within a single operational ecosystem.
A major focus of the project was simplifying complex accounting and compliance workflows into interfaces that feel structured, approachable, and operationally clear rather than overwhelming. The product evolved through continuous refinement of hierarchy, navigation, workflow visibility, and responsive layout systems.
My role covered the full product lifecycle including:
product direction
UX and interface design
workflow architecture
responsive systems
front-end implementation
visual systems and branding
iterative product refinement
The overall goal was to create operational software that feels modern, trustworthy, and easy to navigate while still handling complex workflows and structured business data.
Most software handles data but very few tools successfully eliminate the friction of navigating it.
I built Neevii to prove that highly complex business logic doesn't have to mean clunky, exhausting user experiences.
Neevii is a workflow-driven accounting platform designed around operational clarity, guided user flows, and modern product systems. It was built from the ground up through an iterative design and implementation process focused on:

Building Kneadly taught me something important:
Most software for massage therapists feels overloaded, outdated, or built with endless add-on fees.
So I built something different.
Kneadly is an all-in-one platform designed specifically for massage therapists to simplify booking, reminders, intake forms, payments, waitlists, SOAP notes, and client communication — without making therapists piece together 5 different tools.
A few things I focused heavily on while building it:
- Mobile-first UX
- Fast booking flow
- Automated reminders & follow-ups
- Smart waitlist automation
- Clean, modern design
- Simple pricing with no nickel-and-dime add-ons
One of the biggest lessons from building this project:
Good software isn’t just about features.
It’s about reducing friction for both the business owner and the customer.
This project pushed me to think deeply about:
- product strategy
- conversion-focused design
- SaaS systems
- onboarding flows
- automation
- scalability
- and creating software people actually enjoy using
