Your SaaS dashboard is not the video.
The video doesn’t need every tab, filter and setting.
It needs the few moments that make someone understand why the product matters.
That’s the difference I try to keep in mind when working on demos.
Before I animate a SaaS product, I start with the problem — not the animation.
This is the storyboard I created for the Ekanos project. Before touching the animation, I break the product down:
→ What problem does it solve?
→ Who is it solving it for?
→ What makes it different?
→ Which features actually matter?
→ What should the viewer understand by the end?
From there, I turn those answers into a visual story.
Problem → Story → Storyboard → UI → Motion → Sound
That's how I approach SaaS product videos.
Next: turning these storyboard frames into motion.
