Hi guys,
Is anyone facing payment withdrawal-related issues?
My withdrawal is in transit from March 13. I raised requests, but couldn't find solutions.
I have been using the same US bank account for the last 1year, all fine until they introduced Contra MAX,
I am in the Contra Pro plan; they downgraded the Contra Pro plan features and increased the withdrawal waiting time for the Pro subscription.
If anyone has faced this issue and resolved it, help me

finally, my issue solved.
we need to add again all bank details including optional options also.

Hi me too i whitdraw from 31 march until now not arrived. Estimated date is 6-9 April. Not yet get fix and dunno what happened with my whitdraw. The support still answers we still investigate the case
