One onboarding flow for US, India, Kenya, and Nigeria.
That was the problem.
Each market had different trust signals, literacy levels, and friction points. Treating them the same was costing Branch 43% of new users before they ever took a loan.
I redesigned 4 distinct flows - same component library, completely different experiences. Progressive disclosure, market-specific trust elements, 40% fewer required fields.
Result: 43% drop-off reduction. 25% MRR increase. Time-to-first-loan cut from 8 to 4.5 minutes.
If your product serves multiple markets and uses one flow - you're leaving conversion on the table.
I designed this onboarding experience for Fundify about two years ago, and looking at it today, the thinking still holds up.
The goal was simple: help users understand what the product does before asking them to explore it.
Fundify brings crypto, gift cards, bill payments, and betting wallet funding into one experience, so the onboarding needed to communicate those core values quickly and clearly.
Each screen tells part of that story without overwhelming the user.
Because good onboarding isn't just about showing features.
It's about creating clarity, trust, and enough curiosity to keep going.
Two years later, and I still stand by the decisions behind this one.
Social Media & Ads Agency: Landing Page System, Gated Lead Capture & Case Study Engine
Complete website and lead generation system for a social media content and paid ads agency serving local service businesses.
I designed and built the full multi-page site in Framer around the agency’s services, client results, case studies, and core offers, with a strong focus on converting traffic into qualified leads.
The project included custom lead capture functionality, CRM integration, Meta tracking, scheduling, CMS driven case studies, sitewide chat, and the supporting infrastructure needed to manage and grow the site over time.
The result is a polished, scalable website that supports both organic and paid acquisition while giving the agency a much stronger system for turning visitors into booked opportunities.
The new conversion flow started producing leads within its first week live.
This is a strong example of making a marketing site behave like a real acquisition system rather than a brochure. The gated lead flow, CMS case studies, and tracking stack feel thoughtfully connected to the conversion goal.
Cold email sequence that turns leads into booked meetings. Growth Flow CRM's outreach was getting under 2% replies generic subject lines, zero personalization, weak follow-up. I built a 4-email sequence using curiosity-driven subject lines, specific personalization, and a 'then I'll stop' final ask that removes pressure instead of adding it. Projected: 8%+ reply rate, 3%+ meeting booking rate (vs. 2-3% industry average). (Sample project demonstrates process)
